Imagine u buying an ice-cream by viewing the board which has it for 45/- and when u are getting it u come to know its 205/- saying its topping. That unicorn sundae was so not worth the money it was so small! FIX THE MENU SO ONE DOESN'T GET MISLEAD! And if u are eating a baskin robins ice-cream buy the packef one; they are actually worth it.

I have always loved baskin robbins ice cream. However, the experience was SO distasteful due to the staffs discriminatory and hatred filled behavior. Definitely need staff upgrade. Mannerless, rowdy, loud, lacking any etiquette. Can't emphasise enough.

Desserts served here are good. But the brand is overpriced...So the outlet is fine and doing what every other Baskin Robbins is doing.
