Pathetic service. They keep increasing your rent without any prior notice or explanation. They levy random charges over random reason as a ploy to keep taking money from us. The services are below average and the hygiene level is also very questionable...... people suffering from typhoid and jaundice due to their services. Lived here for one whole year and had a really bad experience. Would never recommend this place.

The management keep charges extra money rather than the total rent paid. They don’t even respond to the tenant’s problems and just do whatever they like.

Very bad management. Takes no responsibilities for anything. Doesn't have any empathy towards students living there.
