Good and delicious food. Ordered Malai Chap, tandoori chicken, naan and Dal makhani. Must order item is tandoori chicken and dal makhani.
Packing :- 4 star
Taste :- 4 star
Hygiene :- 4 star
Quantity :- 4 star enough for 3as per order.

This place is a true example of how north indian food can be served with bad taste and how how it can completely spoil customer experience. In short, I will never order from them as I would not like to spoil my mood with them after trying them once.

I ordered with them after reading good reviews but guess that was my biggest mistake. Had placed an order for non veg thali. Got 1 chicken curry, mutton dish, butter Nan, tandoori roti, rice, salad, dal makhani in it. Well that's a lot, right ? But still could not eat anything as the taste was very bad. Curries were sour and tangy and the consistency was thin like water! I understand chicken curry is always thin but not runny as water. Moreover taste was so bad that with first bite, I felt I am eating something which is just not right. Breads were burnt, and Dal makhani had no flavours except the sourness. There was no cutlery provided and they expected me to eat with my hands. The meat pieces had bare minimum flesh and only bones were served. There was no garnishing at all.

I really thought that there might be some mistake so let me call them and inform about the taste and other problems. Manager attended me nicely and offered to send the replacement to which I denied as I had no time to wait and had to rush but he still forced me to which I agreed as it was not right to judge them based on the meal I had and thought of giving the second chance. The replacement of the same dish arrived and I gave them the earlier box back. To my surprise the second replaced meal had exactly similar taste and just that the consistency was much better as they might have told the staff to prepare it specially and mix less water. Breads were good and not at all burnt and chicken and mutton pieces had flesh rather than just bones.

So when after a complaint and two chances the taste was same, I decided to write this review as its not by chance but it's actually there taste and it's the way they serve.and the if they improved on breads after my complaint, then I guess all guests need to first complain in order to get good food from them and their staff is not taking care of quality for every order. I wasted my afternoon with them and hope they improve the quality of food in future.

Worst place to order food from . Had a very bad experience . Placed order through swiggy for non veg snacks and the quantity was pathetically less considering the price. Their intentions is clearly cheating and making fool of their customers. Pls. Avoid Tadqa Tandoor Express ????????
