They are really bad at their service and understanding of the order. We ordered 5 things and sat there for an hour and none of the things came right. In fact one thing we had to cancel. A resto that can't make cheese omelette in an hour has some serious kitchen issues. They had no tissues or sauce until I blasted(sauce i took from other resto). They don't give bill to customers..be careful and don't be fooled by the decor. I still think they charged us extra because they had no place where they punched the order. What if you order from money as per your budget? They can't handle two tables at one go. I would say just eat at any other restaurant in this area if you want to be happy. A big no and disappointed to the core. And they don't even accept their mistakes and put it on the customers! Shameful.

1. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

2. First time in (RN) and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The (FN) is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

3. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

4. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

5. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while . Highly recommend starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, I might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10

7. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in . I had a 3 course meal, Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. . There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.

8. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Highly recommended.

9. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in . The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in

There were a list of disappointments here
1. The service is super slow ...like they took over 40 minutes to get a burger and a mojito , almost took an hour for a hazelnut cappuccino and an omlette
2. The person taking orders doesn't do his job writing down the correct orders , i ordered half chicken and sent full plate chicken and later claimed i ordered full plate only.
3. We ordered a burger for my niece, despite the super slow delivery we request for ketchup to eat the burger with, the 6 year old ate the whole burger and the restaurant could still not provide with a sachet of ketchup they are that slow.
4.They denied to give us a bill as well when asked for , that rings more bells . Basic right of a customer not being met. They couldn't even provide the break up of our order we had to verify it ourselves looking over the menu and calculating.
All this when they had less than a dozen customer's sitting at the cafe.(out of which 5 of us)
Seems they dont understand the gravity of running a service and being bad at what you do.
The two gentlemen at the counter (probable owners, not sure) did not have enough courtesy to accept that they have done wrong let alone apologising.
Overall a very bad experience.will definitely not recommend this place The food taste was decent , i liked the egg roll but if you are hungry this is probably not the best choice this restaurants typically is not customer driven apparently they are only money driven doesn't matter if they provide value for the money being paid.
