Found this Subway while in search of some health food on a trip to Noida. One of the many mini-subway stations you find all over the city. Seating for about a dozen people and a subway station. Service was prompt and the place was clean enough. The only downside here is that all the parking is reserved for the adjacent Barbecue Nation and one will have to park in one of the nearby alleys which was populated by drunkards and other riff-raff at that time of the evening

I ordered one veg and another is non veg sub but the staff was so untrained that they didn’t even filled the whole bread with the stuff and service was ver bad as they were sort of staff. I waited for 40 mins for my order inspite on no one was there.
And I hated it when I was with one of your sub model and I got this kind of service. I use to live sub but not anymore now

I am writing this review to bring to your attention the extremely unsatisfactory experience I recently had at your restaurant, which has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the quality of service and the safety of the food being served. As a result, I am compelled to take legal action unless immediate remedial measures are taken.

On JULY 19, I placed an order for a veggie toastie at your restaurant location. To my utter dismay, the food I received was of abysmal quality. The veggie toastie was not only soaked in an unpleasant substance, but it also emitted a foul odor, making it impossible to consume. Furthermore, the corn and peas in the toastie lacked the cheese that was advertised, purportedly because your restaurant had run out of cheese and nachos. To exacerbate the situation, the bread provided was stale, adding to the unpleasantness and making it inedible.

Upon contacting your restaurant to register my complaint, I was met with complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The individual who answered my call informed me that the restaurant had indeed run out of nachos and cheese, yet my order was still delivered without these essential components. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of your establishment.

I cannot fathom why your restaurant would fulfill an order that deviates so significantly from the specifications I provided. It is evident that the sole objective was to complete the order hastily, disregarding customer preferences and basic standards of food quality and hygiene. Such actions are reprehensible and reflect a blatant disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of customers.

To compound matters, my order of the crunchy Mexican also failed to meet expectations. It lacked the promised pull cheese and nachos, further highlighting the consistent negligence and incompetence demonstrated by your restaurant. It is deeply distressing to contemplate that the food prepared at your establishment may be compromised or potentially hazardous to the health and safety of unsuspecting customers.

The substandard quality of the food, combined with the dismissive response received when voicing my concerns, has resulted in a severe financial loss and a complete loss of faith in your establishment. I am left with no choice but to inform you that unless immediate action is taken to rectify this situation, I will pursue legal remedies available to me.

Furthermore, it is my duty to ensure the welfare of others who may unknowingly consume compromised food from your restaurant. I implore you to undertake a thorough investigation into your operations, reviewing your food preparation processes, staff training, and overall quality control to prevent further instances of poor service and potential health hazards.

Failure to address my concerns promptly and satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to seek compensation for the financial loss incurred, as well as to raise awareness about the potential health risks associated with your restaurant’s practices. I will not hesitate to involve local health authorities and seek legal advice to protect the interests of myself and others who may be affected.

I sincerely hope that you recognize the seriousness of this matter and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I trust that you will handle this issue with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.
