I bought dog iron chain on MRP Rs.400. The staff told me that it has 6 months warranty against manufacturing defect. After 10 days the buckle broken. I visited and requested them to replace it as its comes under manufacturing problem but they refused to replace them under warranty. They said there is no warranty. I requested owner over that phone but he also told me the same. This shop is very expensive and keeps poor quality items on high rates.

If you call them the guys picks up and says he has left the store and opened his own at Cp vet store. Also overcharges for items.

Pathetic staff. They will just sell you. Even after 1 day you find the product is not working they will say I dont have any responsibility. Rude and sick staff and owner.
