My stay in noida was made pathetic by this hotel and OYO. I don't know what partnership they have. Due to technical glich room was not showing booked in data, after numerous calls from OYO also they dint provide me the room. I had a small baby too.

I have come from Nigeria for my studies in noida and over here I stayed in different places but I did not get the place like Royal palace which has excellent hospitality and services are A+ and really the important thing that they are very caring toward their guest. Even the property is well maintained. I will refer all my friend that when ever they come to noida they should stay in this place.

Only a few rooms decent enough to stay... rest is very bad... rooms doesn't have basic amenities like tea/coffee maker etc.
Overall i had bad experience...
