I had paid full amount online, when I reached at hotel, staff said all rooms are full, talk to customer care of OYO, despite of my booking was confirmed, actually concern is that whenever cx booked any hotel via OYO app with low price so they will not accept the booking or they will provide worst service after check in, they treat walk in cx only. worst hotel worst service ever.

Rooms are not maintained properly
It's smelling badly and there is no air passing fan in the room .

They charge for all the services like free wifi and tv air conditioner but these are not working. Receptionist lady doesn't know how to deal with visitors.and too much incorporate they are .

As I have visited there three times and all the times things are same so suggest you guys to keep on posting against these .

It is registered on Oyo but they are not accepting Oyo bookings and charging too much.

Kindly look into this and do the needful for the same so that we can get the value of our money

Room was good but bathroom was horrible, it looked like it wasn't cleaned for the past 3-4 weeks.
Geyser in the bathroom was not working and I had to ask for hot water 3 times before they finally brought it.
Breakfast was good, they served Aloo paratha with chole and tea.
Never believe the ratings on the oyo app. During my checkout the man at the reception asked me to open OYO app in order to complete the checkout process but instead he took my phone to rate his hotel with a 5 star.
