Very rude behaviour of some of the metro staff who are sitting at ticket counter they don’t have manner to speak to the customers one I went there to recharge my metro card they were playing some games and enjoying with themselves I told them that I need to recharge because vending machines was out of service they started me telling one counter to another they don’t have even manner to speak to the customers i would request to @DMRC to take action against these peoples
