I am staying in Tower G and I have another flat in Tower-E too.. everything is Good . The news that you have heard is not completely correct as people don’t have patience and just for few people in our society the whole residence are suffering and blaming builder for this. Builder was doing his job in slow manner that true but it’s nothing like we have not got any thing. We have everything in place like IGL, timely possession, Permanent light connection. please go for it if you are planning. thanks

Very planned society. But no registry. Flat design is very good. Staff is helpful but builder is insensitive to the demands of residents. But i guess everywhere its the same story.

BEWARE!! FRAUD ALERT!!
We are living here at Hilston since the past 7 months. Builder is a big time cheater. All promises unfulfilled. We are living without basic living amenities and builder has shown no concern. Builder has been caught stealing electricity by vigilance teams and as a revenge has imposed an electricity prepaid rate of Rs. 12.5 per unit. Residents are fighting for their basic amenities of power, water, gas, security etc. Only society in Noida where the club (gym, hall etc) are being fitted with Coolers instead of AC’s.
Please think 100 times before even considering such expensive flats here. If you want peace of mind, stay away with your hard earned money!!
DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE SALES TEAMS!!
