The service and staff was excellent. Food was superb too.
The rooms are small but clean. Laundry not always clean. Furnishings and fittings are old. They are renovating they told me to upgrade things but there was lot of noise due to that. Hope things improve upto ginger standards soon there.

Neat clean and well maintained rooms. Bed was comfortable to ensure a good nights sleep. Ginger hotels are no frills and as such small and cramped lobby with inadequate sitting/ waiting space. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stayed in the normal hotel. Room size was good, however lacked the luxury for that cost being charged. Service was not that good. Staff though was polite but lacked proper orientation and detailing. Had some issues wrt laundry.
