The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only 750 mtrs from Botanical Garden Metro station. Property ambience is good but fares low on maintenance of room and slow service. Room bell was not working. Bathroom sink was leaking water on the floor. WC seat was fitted cross. No foot mat provided outside bathroom. Requested for the same twice but never arrived. Food is good but very expensive considering the price range.
Needs to improve on room upkeep. Front desk staff is supportive but when it comes to check out there was absolute confusion amongst them. It took about two hours to prepare the bill.

It was a nice and smooth experience.
And i would like to say that food is so tasty and delicious.
If i talk about room .. it was clean , hygienic , and the outside view was beautiful.
The overall experience was nice with proper amenities.

I am feeling sad to edit my review this time and lower the rating from 5 stars to 1 stars only. I have been to this hotel for 4 time in the last 2 months. The quality of the hotel is degrading every time I'm going booking a room here. At the time of first booking the room was really good, clean, room services were up to the mark. IN the last three visits the quality of the room, especially the bathroom is the worst of all. All the times the Bathroom which is combined with the washroom as well, were not clean at all. Corners of bathroom and washroom were dirty, White wash basin's were not clean, they seemed brownish/ Toilets seats were so bad in condition that you might not feel like using any of them. When we complained this to the reception we got the know that the good chemicals which are used to clean all this is not available from a long time in the hotel. We were shown 3 different rooms that they in the search of cleanliness, the 3rd room was so so types. I am so sad to write this all but what to do when you are not getting you money's worth after every chance.
