They are a scam. I booked tickets worth 1.2 lacs with them which I had to cancel because of an unforeseen situation. Initially they gave me a refund amount of 96K and after I asked them to go ahead and cancel my tickets, they called me a day after to suggest that the refund amount was calculated incorrectly it was around 58K. After a lot of back and forth, they informed me that they will instead refund around 67K. And, after more than a month of this happening, I have only been refunded 58K the remaining 9K is no where to be seen. After multiple escalation, all I have got is false promises and emails. Their management, their team and the company itself is nothing but a big scam and I will make sure they know they can't get away with this.

I wish I could have given them -5 stars. For starters - Their phones are never available or it does not get connected. 2nd incase if you are lucky by any chance and you got connected, then they will not entertain your questions / query / concern. They will talk as if we have to pay them money. They ask for personal confidential details which any banks or any other merchants don't even ask to refund the money. I am still wondering what will he do with my Aadhar Card. They do ask all these information to refund .. seriously ??? DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP !!!

TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!
First of all, note that this company seems to have moved its listing to free itself from a long list of negative reviews it previously had.
They will ask you for a copy of your ID and credit card. Don't do it! They will charge your card regardless of whether you wish to proceed.
It took me FOUR MONTHS of arguing with my credit card company before I could get the charge reversed.
Previously, many people said they booked through these guys only to get to the airport and find they had no ticket.
I didn't take that chance, and I'm glad, but they still charged my card even when I said I didn't want to book.
