All the positive reviews are fake, so don't waste your money coming here. Here is a list of issues.

1: WiFi does not reach the rooms
2: No drinking water available
3: No extra blankets available in cold, esp when other rooms are empty
4: Rooms are literally freezing in December
5: Rooms smell of mould and damp
6: Bathroom is unhygienic, only suitable for animals, not humans
7: We paid extra for breakfast on MakeMyIndia app, but hotel refused to provide
8: One staff member was rude and not prepared to give friendly customer service
9: Bedsheets unwashed and dirty
10: Door key not working, so items not safe

The list goes on...

Please look elsewhere as they don't refund your money once you have booked. We had no choice and had to book again elsewhere as we couldn't stay another night ????

Absolutely disgusting, rooms look like they have never been cleaned, the sheets look like they don't get changed after use, there where about 5 different coloured stains on the sheets, the rooms are absolutely freezing cold no heating what so ever. The toilets look like they where never cleaned same with the whole bathroom. The whole room had a damp feeling probably due the the subzero temperature in the room. Definitely one of the worst hotels I've ever seen.
