A Disappointing Experience.

1. Terrible Service: Our experience with Jai Balaji Tour And Travels was extremely disappointing.

2. Unprofessional Driver: The driver assigned to our Caravan was the worst person we encountered. He not only misbehaved but also disregarded our requests.

3. Deliberate Attempts to Ruin the Trip: It seemed like the driver was determined to make our trip worse. He tried everything possible to inconvenience us and make our journey unpleasant.

4. Early Drop-Off and Deception: We were dropped off 1-2 km before our destination, with the driver falsely claiming that the Caravan couldn't go any further. In reality, it was evident that he wanted to park for free and didn't care about our inconvenience.

We went for a trip to Kedarnath & Badrinath last time, it was very convenient, car was near and clean, driver was professional and we didn't even need to hire any guide as he was very familiar from that place! Excellent service! Would love to travel next time as well at diffrent destination!
