Pathetic experience!!
I made a visit here with my brother and his wife and we were looking for a gyno. First of all they recommended medicines & injections in bulk, we took the medicines from our own sources which they discarded and strictly directed us to take it from their own dispensary. Only concern for them was why you have taken medicines from outside with alternate brands. This is not the correct way of making money, they are just looting people. A suggestion to the Nursing home management, if you really believe in your learnings and practices of years.. raise the consultation fee charges instead of earning this way. We local people treats you doctors like God, either maintain that decorum or be ready for certain backlash. Listening to the patient, understanding the situation, satisfying your patients in their doubts in such situations should be your utmost priority which was not addressed at all.
P.s. - We changed our doctor and are now quite satisfied!
