Very bad service they are closing complaints by their own self and mention the reason that that customer said now printer is working don't come... And customer is waiting from last 5 hours and have loss from office also.... Very poor

Worst service ever...
I tole them many time to make it right as i was out of the town.
They said it is Absolutely fine you can take it.
But when i came to home and took a print it didn't work. It didn't give a single paper print.

The desk lady is very rude and stupid ,I told her the problem in printer(double side printing) but she didn't write it down and told we will correct everything and then next time I have to come again and told the mechanics what's the problem in it. And then I have to come again 3rd time with another mechanic ,and then even without solving the problem they were asking the money,which i didn't give but the desk lady was very rude.
