had a comfortable stay at mansarovar paradise. i stayed in a tripple sharing room with family and my pet
the staff was very helpful and available on call. we asked for extra blankets, toiletries, dental kits and tea kits. ordered lunch and found the food quality to be very good. overall, i'm satisfied wth my stay and will visit again

The rooms are not at all as they have shown on the web. its in very bad condition, including the linens and furnishing as it was stained and stinky. The lamps and latched were crooked and broken. Bathroom and commode was stained and dirty.
The hotel staff was cooperative but rest was a very bad experience.
