I had the worst experience with this vendor, they are basically frauds and liars. They took a costly sample piece from us in the month of May claiming they will be able to replicate the same which they do on a daily basis. We send the sample to them which needs to be replicated and they got back o us with the time line of 2 weeks for the same.
Now its been more than 6 months and neither do be have the product nor do we have the sample back which they claim they accidently destroyed.

In between they kept on giving us promises and send the us the parts of our own product claiming its their production.

Especially their staff, Mr. Nimish who does not have any clue on what he is doing, he simply gives false promises and on not meeting the same refrains from responding to us.

Recently they came back to saying they have a product, but the difference is like night and day.

As a customer who buys products from all over the world, they are the worst we have encountered.
Please do not spend money on them, they will for sure cheat.
