Stayed here couple of times by book through my work, the rooms are decent size but some of the rooms have very bad smell in them (the ones which are back side and not facing towards the main road).

Breakfast buffet is okay with 2-3 options but waiters will simply ignore your request for omelet/fried eggs/ butter toast. They’ll neither say yes nor no!

We have planned an official get together today but GM Vineet Bhartaria done very rude and iratic behavior which we don't accept in hotel industry.

We have requested for a speaker only for some time and he started doing insulted us and denied very rudely whether we were ready to pay amount for this. It was very indiscipline, rude and iratic behaviour by GM of Hotel.

I will not suggest anyone to do official get together in presence of this rudely behaviour GM.

Rest Housekeeping and Front office was very supportive but they were unable to do anything.

This is one of the best hotel in moradabad. Its interior is so much fascinating. Hotel staff is very much cooperative.
