Dr. is good but he have a very ill mannered staff. Staaf just don't know how to deal with patients. Though, he is writing in his portfolio that he is 24hrs available, but when we call his staff for the appointment late night, they are abusive in nature, exact words by them was "dimag kharab hai kya". How can they talk like this to their customers? Disgusting! I request Dr. RP Singh, whosoever on duty today, take a strict action against her. With this kind of staff, you are definitely going to loose your patients and if you think they are right then please don't mention that you and your staff is 24hrs available. One more advice, ask them to talk to patients in a good manner this kind of attitude, no one is going to handle. Atleast hire a trained staff, this kind of illetrate staff is not going to help to increase your patients. If they cannot handle the patients at night, what is the use of paying them.
