She is an amazing person, magical rather. The diet plans she advices to follow are so easy and sorted according to my schedule and I need not spare extra time for searching them in the markets. I have been taking plans from her since last 1 year and have seen very evident changes in my lifestyle post that and lost almost 8 kgs in 2.5 months only. The best thing is, she is very patient and guides me everytime as a friend and is also available all the time whenever I get stuck in my plan.
