The yearlong warranty of your phone becomes useless when the guys in the service center proves the display defects in the phone to be a physical damage though it may not have one, plus even if user agrees to get the device repaired in full payment he / she have to visit the service center a dozen times because sometimes electricity is unavailable and sometimes some other issues happen, the entire world have power backup except for this samsung service center.
