Sabse worst service didn't care about people today I ordered my food at 1 pm through irctc at my seat in Moradabad they promised to deliver it at 7 pm but my train has stoppage of 45 min there at 7:10 pm they said that order is conferm we are sending you the food, and at 7:38 when my train is ready to depart they called and said there is an emergency due to which we have to close our hotel.
We can't trust them specially at the journy time.fraud people....... I just hate them and also suggest you that don't order food from them.

Food was ok. We ordered chinese. A little oily but toppings were good. Not a crowdy place to be. Staff is not well trained or versed with hospitality. Decoration is ok. Sitting area is ok. A good choice for pure vegetarian food. 3.5 on 5 from my side.

I ordered it through 'Food on track' app while travelling from Delhi via Moradabad. Here are my thoughts:
1) Food on time : Right on time, + 2 stars
2) Food taste : Quite good and Served hot + 2 stars

Bad:
1) Please provide some spoons and plates. People are ordering it to eat in train, not to take home with. (Some common sense plz?)
2) I ordered Maharaja Thali, what I got was normal thali without Daal Makhani. I read similar incident by some another user on google reviews. So users, plz dont pay unless you cross validate. And if shop owner is reading this; why would u do that, spoil your image just to save few bucks?
3) No receipt provided.
Total -2 starts

Hence: 2 stars overall + 0.5 for comfort you get of eating in train.

2.5 stars, plz improve your service and leave cheap stuff aside.
