Worst experience so far, Staff specially receptionist are very unprofessional and uneducated. Staff indirectly force you to pay emergency fee, In my case they charge emergency fee at 10:50 AM, whereas Doctors time at 11:00AM (continuously increasing time), even I told her that I am not in hurry.
Its all about their thoughts and the way they are doing business.
When I met Dr. Ambrin then I could related that all staff somewhere inheriting from her.
Can't write small things but that effect a lot .....

I had a great experience. Patient care is good, knowledgeable caring doctors and staff. Clean premises and spacious rooms. Overall good hospital care

Doctors are good but hospital staff is very much unprofessional and untrained which made me very disappointed, besides they don't provide meal to the patient in the hospital. I had to arrange it from city centre which was far from hospital. Any patient who is admitted in hospital deserves meal .there are many more things which I had faced in hospital.
