I have been to this place many times.
The place is good and you can go with family and friends.
Also Hira Provide a Good Breakfast Menu at only Rs 129 and it's value for Money but It's only till 11 AM

I visited on 30 April 2023 along with my family. We had Dosa which was very good. We ordered Biryani which was not good, chef asked us to change that as we didn't wanted to waste the earlier one and neither did we returned it so that it doesn't get wasted. I believe I showed a gesture by not returning or replacing ,the staff could have showed gesture by not charging for the same or discounting the Bill or that product but they didn't paid to request and simply denied saying we are not responsible for the same.
THIS SHOWS THEY ARE NOT INTO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BUT WANT TO JUST FILL IN THEIR POCKETS.

Dosas were served cold.
Waiter forgot cutlery
And then the plates.
No equipment to serve it from the food from the platter.
