HOTEL MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. HE WAS SHOUTED AND USED SLANG LANGUAGE WITH US. HE MUST LEARN SOME BASIC MANNERS HOW TO TALK WITH GUESTS AND EVEN HOSTS. FOOD WAS NOT SERVING PROPERLY EVEN THEY DID NOT SERVE SNACKS PROPERLY TO OUR GUESTS MAY BE THEY WERE SAVING FOOD FOR NEXT SHIFT PROGRAM. WORST EXPERIENCE.
AT LAST MANAGER WAS VERY BAD AND VERY MUCH ANNOYING PERSON, I SUGGEST THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL TO PROVIDE HIM TRAINING ABOUT BASIC MARRERS AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

Service is very wrost ,staff is not able to serve food by intentionally may be they have limited food to serve in next shift program for other ,so on the time of booking make it clear that waiters must have to serve properly ,
Manager is very arrogent, very bad behaviour starting fighting when we asked to serve water ,,, for manager I wish someone fixed his mind ,
Very bad place , everyone wants a peaceful environment,but management cut electricity 3 time in function
So make everything clear and in written and head manager is just run away when we raised complaints,

On 8th october 2022, family function of my new born baby was organised in this hotel. I had worst experience with this hotel. Food was tasteless. Serving snacks was very slow. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally waste of money and destroying of precious moments.
