I know lots of people find this place really expensive.. But the food they serve is delicious and the quality is really good....

Poor management. So called 'helpers' there, are not there to help you, instead they will stare at you moment by moment as if you're going to steal something. Staff/spy.
I hope they have cameras for such purposes! This is a pretty descent sized store with variety of stuff which includes many goodies, good body care section, some food item's expiry dates must be checked before purchasing and also there are many dusty crockeries. Billing staff is good. And at the entrance there's no slope, how do you carry trolley on the stairs when your trolley is full and heavy. A staff/spy must be there to help.
