I had the worst experience with this cake shop owner! I ordered a cake for a special occasion, but when I received it, it was stale and tasted terrible. When I spoke to the owner about it, he couldn't stand by his words and refused to take responsibility for selling me a subpar product.

I cannot believe the level of customer service I received from this shop. It's absolutely unacceptable to provide a cake that is clearly past its prime, and then refuse to make it right. I strongly advise anyone looking for quality baked goods to steer clear of this shop. They clearly don't value their customers and are only out to make a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and find a better bakery with higher standards and better service.

I cannot believe the terrible experience I had at this cake shop. The owner gave me a cake that was 15 days old and when I called to complain about it, he had the audacity to put me on hold for 15 minutes! It's unacceptable to sell such stale and old cakes, and to treat your customers with such disrespect. I would not recommend anyone to go to this cake shop. The owner clearly does not care about the quality of his products or customer service. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Save yourself the trouble and find a better bakery to satisfy your sweet tooth.

I recently had an experience at this cake shop that frustrated me. Unfortunately, the cake I received was not fresh and had gone stale. When I contacted the shop owner to express my concern, I was asked to throw away the box and capture a video to verify that I hadn't consumed it. However, I was then told that I should have brought the box back instead of throwing it away.

Overall, I was disappointed with the shop owner's level of customer service and communication. I recommend you guys not to buy from them. They are hypocrites who don't have the balls to stand their word.
