Nice hotel. It is located on the highway hence easy to locate. Neat and clean ambience. Lobby is decorated with frames containing thought provoking quotes. Prompt and polite service. The hotel helped in cab booking with great co operation by Mr. Krishna Murari Sharma (reservation manager). Definitely a recommended place for a pleasant stay. They have a small in house restaurant. Food quality is also good. One can view Taj from their rooftop but they do not seem to be using that as proper marketing strategy. Only problem I felt was very low water pressure in their washrooms. It needs imrovement. Overall a value for money experience.

The hotel is ok. Location is good. Walking distance from railway station.
Hotel staff is helpful but very raw.
I had to ask for water, extra blanket which is required when you provide a extra bed.

Not worth to book. The service of this hotel is very poor. I stood at the reception for about 20 minutes just because receptionist was busy filling form for other customers while I had my room booked. He didn't even care for that nor listened to me. He had to just take my Aadhar and show me my room. For that he wasted my 20-25 minutes. Whenever I called them for any service, I had to call them atleast thrice everytime and then would serve me after 20-30 minutes of that. I forgot my mobile charger in the room while checking out. I recalled it when I reached the railway station. I immediately called them to get my charger, they denied saying that there is no charger found in the room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
