We were a group of 31 people stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were moderately clean. It has hot water full time. If your staying here than recommend to take taxi from hotel as the team is really honest. Specially a guy called chandan singh seating on front desk.

Food quality is good and fresh. There is nothing to complaint on hotel as i believe this is the best service at this price point what you get in mathura!

We booked madhav muskan hotel on our trip to mathura Vrindavan. Our experience at this hotel was pathetic and disastrous. We booked 2 deluxe room for our family of 6 members. Firstly they didn’t give us the rooms on same floor and the rooms were so small, smelly and unhygienic. The floor was literally sticky. The washroom was so small that you feel trapped. The TV was not working and even after complaining about it, they didn’t listen to us. There was no space for parking and we had to park our car on road. After questioning them about the parking their casual attitude was like “ Sab bahar road pe khada krye hain aap bhi kro”. There were lizards in the room and washroom. And the disastrous part was when at night a lizard fell off on one of the family member. After complaining on the reception, they were literally smiling and were not even sorry. The reception guys was so casual. It was a big mistake to book this hotel. I will never take their services again. I will rate 2/10

This place can be avoided.

Location:
The area doesn't seem safe after 7 PM. Its far from Vrindavan temples, but walkable distance from Dwarkadheesh temple and Vishram ghat. Public vehicles are not easily accessible. If you find an auto, they will charge a lot to visit places. If you have your own vehicle then its fine, but there is no dedicated parking space.

Rooms: Not at all maintained. We checked in at 9 in the night, but there was no preparation. We had to call for every single thing - Soap, shampoo, towels, tv remote, Ac remote, toilet tissue roll, water etc. TV was not working when we arrived. We called them and a person came to fix it. There was water leakage from the washbasin drainage, the water flowed in entire bathroom. They eventually changed our room after multiple complaints. Toilet pots needs a good clean. It is very dirty and stained.
Rooms are very small and congested, person cannot roam freely in the room. I am 6'1 height. Bed was small for me in length. The cover for blanket and bedsheet were stained and torn. The noise from ground floor hall would easily enter your room at night, disturbing sleep. The room has very small window and bo ventilation in bathroom, making the room very suffocative.

Food: There is chaat corner at the entrance of hotel, food is good.

Room service: They will address your concerns in sometime after placing request/concern. But those concerns should be avoided.
