As per my experience, hotel looks good from outside only. Rooms were 1.5/5, cleanliness 3/5, Services 1/5, staff behaviour 1/5.
If you ask anything they won't provide, not even soap which is basic amenities provided by the hotel.
You ask for water, they won't.
Checkout time was 12'o clock, they asked to vacate the room since 10am.
I would not recommend this hotel.
For getting good ratings they must enhance their behavioural

Excellent Hotel with great supporting Staff. Neat & Clean Ambience. Spacious Rooms.
Good Food in their own restaurant makes a perfect combination of Stay with Food. Centrally located in the main market. Highly recommended for Families with Kids.

Different owner ask different amount(Room rent) per day. When I questioned them I got silly answer that 'Yesterday GST was not included but today it's included'. The worst hotel I have ever been to.. Other staff members are kind and welcoming though.
