Not worth of money. All your expectations will be ruined..... 1. Guard didn't ask anything while entering nor greeted. 2. Receptionist was not cordial, I was standing with a bag on my back , and they gave a form to fill. No smiling faces at reception. 3. A.C. of the room is so old and making noise continuously. 4. Rooms are very small for this price range. 5. Washroom is average with old bucket. 6. No automatic electricity connection i.e. you have to switch off all the switches otherwise wastage of electricity. 7. In the noon , electricity was not available for around 3-4 minutes. 8. Restaurant Aroma- 9. After calling 2-3 waiters and after spending 15 minutes, a waiter came and took our order. 10. I asked for vinegar onion 3 times but didn't get it and waited for 10 minutes but nobody bothered. 11. When the waiter came to clear the table I told him that I couldn't finish the whole food because of the poor service but he didn't give any attention and didn't say any word 12. Lift of the hotel is very small that can accommodate only 2 people at once. 13. We were waiting for the lift and a waiter were also but he didn't care about us and entered first and then we took stairs to go to our room. 14. In the morning, we had already opted for breakfast at the time of booking, but options were very less (Poori Bhaji, Poha, sandwich, toast butter, aloo Paratha and tea - no buffet) 15. At the time of breakfast, waiter told us that breakfast will be complementary but water will not be. 16. Taste of the food was good 17. Shaving kit and dental kits and shower gel were not provided 18. cutlery was of bad quality. ( plastic) The only thing which is good here is the manager Mr. Jitendra who called us to ask the issue but unfortunately he couldn't resolve the issues in one day because staff is not trained and not well behaved. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for this price range. P.s. If anyone from the hotel's management is reading this review, please train your staff to adopt some politeness, we pay extra so that we get more comfort.

They can still work on service.
Location is awesome you can easily find inter state buses and other transportation.
You are near basera so easy to find good food

Great place to stay with the family. The food available in the attached restaurant is awesome with lot of varieties and super tasty
