Quite an unhygienic place… it takes years to get a table cleaned. Staff is totally non responsive and slow. There is no management at all. People jumping queues is a regular sight here.
I hope Domino’s takes this seriously in order to improve customer satisfaction.

Third class staff behaviour of staff specially vishvap Pratap Singh.
He is asking first payment in a very rude manner .
Telling me thats the part of SOP ,strange without having food ,how can u ask for payment
I never expected it from dominoz Pizza .
Look in to it seriously,or remove this type of staff who don't know how to talk with the guests and spoiling the brand image . .

I went to domino’s hightway plaza mathura. There is one girl in staff. She is misbehaving with us. We are not satisfied with her behaviour. When we asked about the seat then she said “mere sir pr baith jao.. this is not the way to talk.. and one another staff is laughing with her. We talk with the manager and he knows about this everything.
