I recently visited the Royal Enfield Mainpuri showroom and was impressed with the bike service they provided. The staff was extremely customer friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. The dealer has a great reputation and I could tell that they truly respect their customers. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality bike.

They have worst customer service when it comes to the after sales service, totally unprofessional staff they don’t even have adequate staff it’s more of a hustle bustle situation there. Sharing my experience, it’s been more than a week since I registered a complaint for the replacement of battery but whenever I call them for update they say it will take one more day for the battery to be available at their store. They’ve totally ruined the brand image of Royal Enfield in Mainpuri for sure.
