I am just visited hdfc bank with my wife for open a regular savings account. we meet the person named Sharad Agarwal . I asked him for account open process and what is monthly average balance but the person (Sharad Agarwal) asking me last bank statement of six months. I asked him that I don't here for loan.

So ,I suggest you that do not go there for banking.

Employees are not professional, my card was stuck in the hdfc bank atm, but there is no one can help us. And they told me that you can come on Monday and then you will collect it, onece I reached on Monday then they ask my pin number of my debit card, and I told him that i can not give you my pin number, then they told me that i will not give your card without pin.

Employee are not professional, Saturday 12 pm (20 March) my ATM card was stuck in hdfc ATM machine, I complaint in bank, but employees behaviour is not pollite, they told me that you can come on Monday then collect it, I told me that I am not localised so plz resolve the issue by end of the day, but they ignored, onece I reached 24 March in bank then bank employee ask to my ATM pin number, while I provide my id proof also, and I told him I can not share you my pin number then they told me that I will not give you your ATM card, and I am staying in noida, not at mainpuri, so I can re issue my debit card also, but the employee are not a favourable.
