Staff are illiterate. Customer is waiting but they were busy in gossiping.
Even they have fraud mentality. I have given a note of 500, counter boy said asked for either exact amount or pay via PhonePay. I agreed to pay via phone pay and asked to return my 500 note. The guy denied that he taken any money. I was lucky that I saw the money beside the monitor.
So guys be aware !

So disappointed????, It's V2 mart not a big brand so behave like to come again or purchase bcz ur policy be to come again for shopping but ur process is too worst from the bottom team , there is mention about return policy which is not ???? but so mention there exchange on the board, collection is not good , policy is so worsted which I can't explain u guy's , you guys kept my money n become a big businessman if u can be in just for some money u showed your cheap process , take some training or advise from area office , don't repeat this with anyone ......@ Dissatisfying feedback

# Cost is so hight but quality is bad acc. To prices, it better that visit to brand showroom or online but not this v2 type offline shopping

some staff specially returnable manager is too cheap n very very bad behaviour with customer he have no any knowledges his product related ????
