Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Titan Eye Plus

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Titan Eye Plus, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others. The store manager, Ajmal, displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude, and the overall service provided was pathetic.

From the moment I entered the store, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Ajmal. Their lack of courtesy and disrespect were evident throughout my visit, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

The staff's service was subpar, with a disinterested and unhelpful attitude. They failed to address my concerns or provide any assistance, showing a lack of willingness to go the extra mile for customers. This only added to the unpleasantness of the experience.

The organization and efficiency of the store were severely lacking as well. Despite having made an appointment in advance, the waiting time was unreasonably long. It was frustrating to see other customers being attended to before me, even though they arrived later. This lack of proper management and prioritization further added to my growing frustration.

To make matters worse, the quality of the products I purchased was extremely disappointing. The eyeglasses I selected were not properly fitted, causing discomfort and negatively affecting my vision. When I approached the staff to address this issue, they showed no accountability and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Their dismissive attitude only amplified my dissatisfaction.

Overall, my experience at Titan Eye Plus was highly unsatisfactory. The rude behavior of store manager Ajmal, coupled with the pathetic service provided by the staff, has left a lasting negative impression on me. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing this establishment for their eyewear needs.

I sincerely hope that Titan Eye Plus takes these criticisms seriously and makes significant improvements in their customer service standards in the future.

This is an appreciation post for the titan eye plus staff.
So I went to their store for my test. They had tested and they have a variety of the quality glasses. I really liked them. They gave the glasses with lenses on the next day itself, So this was very fast. I really liked their services. Thanks to all of their lovely staff.
