Very rude behaviour of staff after you have paid money, staff becomes very rude.
The quality of the product is bad, my frame became loose in just one month. The staff said you have to come again and again to get it fixed for free.
Any complaint with the product, they deal as if they are doing charity.
The manager is specifically rude and uses abusive language if the customer is not afraid of him.
Now I got to know this is not an authorised dealer, better to visit phoenix mall for authorised titan eyeplus dealer

I had small issue with my glasses, they got it fixed quicky.
Staffs are also humble and nice. I also have they have good range of male/female/unisex frames. Will definitely visit again when needed.

All staff are very good responder and they are always ready to deal with any client, this is very helpful attitude for the team work. We are not suffering any type of problem with anyone staff.
