My car is UP32MJ2993. I met with an accident with an animal on March 10th and gave the car to Puneet Autosales Pvt. Ltd. Bodyshop, Uttardhauna, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226028 on the same day.

It's been over a month, and the bodyshop is still telling me that the insurance company's surveyor has not done this or that. And when I again call, they say insurance company is not releasing delivery order or surveyor has not done the survey, etc. for your car even though they gave every document to them 15 days back i.e. 31st March'23.

They have given me 4 dates till now for now but when I followed up for delivery, they just postponed giving the excuse that it's insurance company's fault. They keep on playing this game with me.

That's not it! When I am following up for my own car, I am being ill-treated for my own car. I come from my hometown to Lucknow for this service, which is 240 KM away. The bodyshop and your company have made me come to Lucknow twice till now for delivery but they didn't deliver. Every trip costs me money that you guys don't calculate.

I'm practically tired of following up them and getting manipulated every time and getting postponed over and over. That's why I am writing this review so that you guys take some quick action.

And I would suggest to have new employees who can atleast get the job done under 35 days, before the customer's patience is broken.

I am extremely disappointed in you company's insurance and I would take it in future and I would recommend others not to engage with this fraudulent company, which just takes customer's money in the name of insurance. But when in the time of need, they just make you run around everywhere.

Unexpected.... From this company ..... Taking insurance claim is so much tough from oriental

Manager incharge Mr. Ram Kishore ji is polite and helping in nature also other staff is good enough. Only issue about the office is parking space as well as cleanliness.
