The Hazelnut Factory needs no introduction as they always serve best to their customers. This pretty little small cafe is situated on the first floor. Cheesecake is a must try from the menu. We ordered cappuccino, cold coffee and blueberry cheesecake and all the items were damn tasty. Many more items are available in the menu. If you're going to Phoenix Palassio then this is a must visit place. All the items are available at affordable prices. Give it a try!!!

They serve us one of the best bakery products. All the products are very tasty and good. One who is planning to visit Phoenix Palassio Mall must visit there it is in the first floor of the mall .

I have been to every hazelnut factory outlet in Lucknow and trust me this is the worst one! Never ever spend a single buck on beverage they are gonna provide you with literally water with mint leaves. The staff isn't trained at all for mojito! Also they use flat soda and sprite in mojitos. If you wanna waste your money on drinking water with lime then only order.
