An Amazing place to hang out, Cartman is a new establishment by Mr Arnav Agarwal on IT crossing, towards Nishat ganj. Reaching Cartman is also very easy, Metro to IT station can do the trick and autos to IT Chauraha are also great option.

The food selection is amazing, with a continental menu, spreading over sandwiches, Pizzas, Pastas, Salads, Hot and cold beverages etc to street food style menu for Chinese and Indian Snacks. There are both option was open kitchen setup inside as well as a outside dining experience with well decorated garden themed tables and swings.

The Pizza ordered was a freshly baked thin crust masterpiece with fresh toppings and cheese. The flavour were unique. Sauce was very well curated to bring out the essence of Italian food, toppings too were neither too low or too high just perfect, cheese used was pizza grade and not cheap sour cream cheese and a fresh whipped cream cheese on top was an excellent ups. Fortunately chef didn't add mayonnaise to pizza, which shows they understand taste and don't blindly follow stupid viral fads . Comparing their pizza to thick chewy so called pizza avail in fastfood joints would be shame.

Coming to Chinese section, Noodles were well-done and very well balanced with fresh stir fried veggies noodles and flavour spices. It kept all attributes you would prefer in your Chowmin intact.

The Star of the show was definitely Momos. For the pricing it was unbelievable that momos could taste so impeccably delicious. Served with Two Chutney And Mayo dip it was excellently presented. The shape of momos, texture and steaming all were perfect. None of the momos were broken or in any form that shouldn't be on guests table. But best part about it were the fillings which were fresh crunchy flavourful and not at all soggy. So definitely Momos here are worth going for, as very few places serves such momos in this price range, even then the price is on lower rung of range too.

South Indian food was also good, can definitely be tried but not recommended. Authenticity is not present, but still taste is great presentation is amazing. We tried Idli(rice) Sambhar. Idlis were well decorated with raisins that gave it an appealing view. Two chutney served too were good, Though Sambhar could require some improvement. But again Taste was good to great, just don't expect something authentic.

The Only non veg we tried was Chilli Chicken (gravy), the chicken was fresh, but to be Frank it was not upto mark. Even quantity was very low. Hope they improve it in future.

Drinks Option were not very confidence boosting, but yes coke, pepsi water bottle etc are available. Hot beverages and other option were not inspiring enough to write about.

Definitely worth visiting for Momos & Pizza
Excellent food.
Drinks opinion can be recalibrated
Crockery and utensils need to be better.
Economically very well placed, it's not going to affect your wallet that much. Birthday treats can be given here without much fear on financial aspects.
Ambience is great as of now, but hope some more addition and improvements are made.

The place is good for hangouts. You get your good company and they can assure you get great food to eat. The ambiance is awesome. The Sandwiches are great in taste. My personal favourite is the Hariyali Kebab Sandwich.
The Ice Teas and Coffees are a true bliss and add on to the sandwich.
The Rajma Galouti is the best kebab platter for the Vegetarians.
The owner served us the Cheesecake which was great in taste and had the perfect blend.

Looking forward to revisiting this place soon.

I have given 1 star coz there is no option for 0 alas! I wanted to give a minus rating to it... Worst experience! Worst food! Arrogant owner and staff! Guys please don't visit here... Fake positive reviews ????????
