Strongly advise everyone
In the past, I had attended various other gyms in other cities such as Lucknow, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad, but this time I was able to have some unique experiences. If you have already joined somewhere, you can relate. It's a harsh reality, but typically you will see trainers train only girls properly, and for guys, they will only tell you to do this exercise a certain number of reps, and nobody will care about postures or assistance you need. However, here, the trainers care about everyone equally, and as a beginner, you definitely need assistance that you won't get at other gyms.
