Worst ever experience. They just keep postponing the date of disbursement inspite of submissions on all documents. They keep adding terms now and then and keep giving fake promises. Just bcz of this they told me a rate of 12.36 % for HL and yet they kept delaying until a stage came where I had to say No.probably they wanted some bribe. Now i have applied with other bank nd happy to say getting it in 8.5 with same documents.

I must say you are the worst loan provider and one of the looser company. My loan number IS APPL13061399 . You have pre-approved this and All formalities are completed on 9 th january and you said it wil take 24 hours to transfer amount. Since then we have tried in all way and you harresed me by calling and giving instructions to go this office and those office. Providing emi letter and doing nothing. I will register a case against you now in court.
