I wanted to buy 3 split ac of 1 ton for my new house. Can you believe it this store told me that we don't have 1 ton ac so i asked when will be available they told me they cant tell. I mean what a joke this store is.Its like their employees don't even bother to make any efforts for the customers or for the sales.

Very bad experience. Brought new ac, facing cooling issue as compared to my three year old ac of same make and model.
After multiple follow up, a visit was done where on examining a difference of 3 degree was found between the two and new ac was cooing less. It was revisited for gas check but nothing done instead case closed with statement that ac is working fine.
And I am still wondering how my new ac has less cooling efect that my old one.
Conclusion: After sales support is pathetic.

Bad behaviour at the gate by the front desk employees
If you are going to purchase some electronic products, they will start buttering you
But if you are going for some service enquiry for the products you already purchased from them, they start behaving in a rude fashion
We already know that you do not service but atleast you can help where to we should go for the service or repair
Atleast you should treat your customer the same way whether the customer is purchasing the product or the customer has any complaints for the product already purchased
