The person who met was good in nature but, system of company is that consumers purchase date doesn't matter which date is mentioned on product that is real warranty date..so I was unable to reapire my product becoz it's. Purchase date was 02nd Feb 2020, the date was mentioned on product is 02 Feb 2019

Their products are below average. Service is below average. Warranty is not given from the date of the bill / purchase and customer comes to know about this when the product malfunctions. Service center tells then that product is out of warranty as it is calculated from some date mentioned on the sticker pasted on the product which was sealed when purchased.
