Had some really great experiences over here quite recently:

-The Classic Plus category seat would be enough to get a good experience at reasonable prices

-If you buy the tickets from the ticket counter, instead of buying it from the ticket partners like Paytm, etc., you might end up paying 50Rs. extra - but this comes with its food benefits too

- From seats to speakers to video quality to well-maintained space, all available at this posh location

-One could easily dine at the famous food shop at the ground floor - burgers, pizzas, soft drinks, etc. Adding on to that, you won't be able to carry the food items to your cinema hall/seat

Overall, my experience has been great so far

I came here to watch Avatar 2 and the first thing I noticed was the interior, it is absolutely majestic. Apart from the architecture, the projector must be top class since the quality of the film was near 4k (even though it was just normal 2D) The sound system was immaculate, we could literally feel the bass in our seats. Definitely a unique experience.
