PGI stands for the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), which is a premier medical institute located in Chandigarh, India. However, there is also a PGI Hospital located in Lucknow, which is the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), formerly known as PGI Lucknow.

Amazing services by hospital doctors and Staff. I would really appreciate to Jyoti from consulting team of PGI Lucknow Hospital for helping me with all my queries and doubts .

The institute is on a 550 acres (2.2 km2) residential campus at Raebareli Road, 15 km from the main city. The institute offers its own degrees, which are recognised by the Medical Council of India. It offers DM, MCh, MD, Ph.D., postdoctoral fellowships, postdoctoral certificate courses, senior residency along with degree courses in nursing and paramedical like B.Sc. Nursing (4-year) course. College of nursing, takes about 40 students every year through the all India and level examination.
