Executives are behaving like we are free to ask them again and again about the reply on queries and while ask them what's the status of our query they said we have so much work u r not only the customer we have so many customers to entertain;I don't expect this kind of unprofessional behaviour in this business. Lady staff specially is worst in English as well as in response..if u ask them about entertaining the customer so they thought it means something else they infact don't know the use of words ...Rest I am expecting the proper response from the TL as he is quite genuine while talking but not sure!

This business is just have value of words and ur response,ur are not only the seller of land so many are roaming around but if a customer trust on u so u should behave properly to them..and specially executives who are the face front of this business of land and construction.

NJSV group is a very good real estate company and they are providing good plots and forms house. Customer satisfaction level is very high. NJSV is a symbol of trust.
