Very unprofessional, they don't respect the pateient and their time.
The staf said it will take half an hour and later the dr. Went to OPD and they said it will take 1 hours.. they don't follow rule.
They don't follow the que..
I took the fee back and left.
But next day Dr. Arpita calles us and she was really apologistic about the above incident and she really managed very well.
I have increased the rating and and in happy yhat she called us personally and spoke.

Very very unprofessional and rude staff.
They just know how to make money even if u want to know a simple thing which their staff only do for that also they will ask you to pay the consultation fees
They cant even tell you the correct timimg when the doctor is available. Told me to come in the morning for hydrafacial which their staff only will do.
The lady staff also mentioned to come by 11 as it will takr 1hr for the same so by 1 they will close.
After I reached they told me abhi to ma'am busy hai and abhi sirf consultation hoga apko shaam ko fir aana hoga. Nd for this also they charge fee and asking me to come again in the evening also
Please train your staff on the kind of services you provide and to give correct information to the patient not to just call to the clinic again nd again for just asking high fees for no reason.

Staff support is really poor. They don't even show interest in attending patient & related ones. Arrogant Staff.
This kind of behaviour shouldn't be there in such profession .
But the doctor is good .She is calm, interactive ,polite and had a good grip on various skin diseases.
